Broker Programs
New Applicant - Never Licensed

Effective January 1, 1997, Colorado eliminated any new Salesperson licenses. All new applicants must obtain an Associate Broker license.

The Broker Programs are available both in printed textbook form and as Computer Courses in Adobe Acrobat's PDF file format. The Computer Courses are offered on CD. Each Course has a 'T' or 'D' in front of' Quantity 'to designate 'Textbook' or 'Computer Course'. The Textbook Courses also include the Computer Course CD.
